      Weak information: specific facts, supporting evidence
      Lack of organization Difficult to hear or understand presentation

inadequate question opportunity

3 = Topic is addressed adequately
       Adequate information: specific facts, supporting evidence
       Adequate organization, occasionally "off track"
       Good attempt to speak and present clearly
       Student relies heavily on reading notes
   Visual aids and question responses do not enhance presentation

4 = Topic is addressed adequately
      Good information: specific facts, supporting evidence
      Good organization
      Speaks clearly and explains appropriately to audience
      Student is aware of and responsive to audience
      Visual aids and question responses enhance presentation

5 = Topic is clearly addressed
      Super information: specific facts, supporting evidence
      Well-organized
      Speaks clearly and enplains clearly to audience
      ActiVe attempt to engage and involve audience
      Visual aids and question responses enhance presentation

6 =  Exceptional, outstanding, creative
